The property closed permanently without any notice, and we discovered this on the day we arrived. When we got off the train we had no place to stay, and they still haven’t issued a refund. I had to pay for another accommodation.

The bed is spacious and comfortable, and while there's no air conditioning, you don't feel the summer heat of Rome outside. There's a fridge to store your stuff. There's no front desk; someone just comes to do the check‑in, and no one contacts you before the trip to confirm arrival time, so you have to call the hotel yourself, which feels indifferent to guests, especially if you have no internet or can't reach the hotel when you arrive in the city. Breakfast isn't on site; you’re sent to a non‑Italian restaurant, the place is hot, the tables are dirty, and the breakfast is very simple and not good.

NOTHING, IT IS A SCAM, IN ADDITION TO A VIDEO CAMERA IN THE ROOM TO SURVEY YOU. I BOOKED A ROOM WITH A PRIVATE BATHROOM. BUT WHEN I ARRIVED, I DISCOVERED THAT THE ROOM WAS WITH A PRIVATE BATHROOM OUTSIDE THE ROOM, DETACHED. AND IMPOSSIBLE TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL BUT TO LOSE THE PAYMENT ALREADY DONE. AND THE ROOM IS UGLY, NOT LIKE YOU CAN SEE ON PICTURES. A VERY POOR ROOM LIKE YOU CAN FIND IN THIRD WORLD. I CONTACTED THE OWNER ABOUT HIS SCAM, HE NEVER REPLIED. THE OWNER, A BANGLADESHI, NEVER REPLY TO ANY MESSAGE, HE NEVER SHOWS, AND HE EMPLOYS SOMEBODY TO MAKE CHECK IN. PERIOD. THIS PLAE IS A CASH MACHINE. INDEED, THIS BUSINESS IS NOT REALLY DECLARED, MADE FOR INTERNATIONAL MONEY LAUNDERING, TAX FRAUDS, INCLUDING THE CITY TAX OF 6 EUROS FOR WHICH THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY RECEIPT, AND TO GRAB CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION FROM CLIENTS LIKE ID, ABOUT WHICH THEY TAKE A PICTURE, AND WITH WHICH THEY COULD MAKE FAKE ID FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND TERRORIST BEHAVIOUR. AND IN ADDITION, THERE IS A HIDDEN VIDEO CAMERA IN YOUR ROOM WHICH RECORDS YOU IN YOUR ROOM, MAYBE IN THE BATHROOM TOO. IN OTHER WORDS, IT IS A SCAM AND A VIOLTION OF PRIVACY
