“Disappointed customer”
The room was okay, but I’d stayed in better Airbnbs before. It was very noisy; people talked loudly until the early hours and I didn’t get much sleep. Looking out the window toward the backyard, I saw damp, broken mirrors, etc., and I was shocked that a landlord would rent out a property like that. I’ll never use Airbnb again in Southampton. The property is poorly run by the landlord; the kitchen was dirty, there were no towels, and I didn’t like anything at all. Very disappointing, to be honest.
