“No equilibra relación precio calidad.”

Location, apartment layout, parking availability, and friendliness. We’ve stayed here several times, but this visit felt neglected: dirty walls, sheets and pillows smelled sweaty. The main door lock and shared bathroom lock need maintenance. The building entry hinges are stiff and lack lubrication. Only the shared bathroom has a water heater. The kitchen island was loose. Wi‑Fi signal was very weak; we had to share phone data with the computer. All of this makes the price‑quality ratio quite high.

“ESTADÍA ESPECTACULAR”

Don Arturo was an excellent host: very kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The apartment is beautiful, immaculately clean, organized, and tastefully decorated. Everything worked perfectly and the stay was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything, Don Arturo!

“EXCELENTE ESTANCIA”

Great support, Mr. Arturo was very attentive, giving us useful tourist tips. The apartment is in a strategic spot near bakeries, restaurants, the basilica, supermarkets, and other points of interest. It’s spacious with two bathrooms—one with cold water and one with warm water. The rooms are comfortable. The apartment is very clean. Nothing else.

“MÁS QUE EXCELENTE, si pudiera le pondría 20/10.”

The apartment was excellent, and Don Arturo and his wife Nidia’s hospitality was spectacular, making us feel very welcome. We’ll be back. Nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.
