The staff member Ana tried to hide the less good aspects, but the place was advertised as 350 m from the spa when it was actually 5 km away; breakfast was very poor (bread with butter, preserves, milk and tea, and orange juice diluted with a mix of natural juice); the bed was weak, the mattresses were foam (???) and I had to change their positions; the beds were not made; the TV in the room was a 1990s model that didn’t work; the living room sofas made me feel the board structure; the TV worked only when I hit it.

I liked the space and the location and would return in spring when it’s sunny, but the sink lacked light.

The services were fine and the staff were nice, giving the place a friendly vibe, but I wished the location were nearer to the main village.
