We enjoyed eating outside and appreciated the owner’s friendliness, but the only downside was having to remove shoes at the house entrance and then slip on socks up the stairs after each owner, which surprised us because we didn’t expect the lodging to be above that person; we thought it was separate from the house.

We spent two nights at Laurilia and were warmly received even at 10 pm; the location is perfect for visiting Beauval Zoo and the Loire Valley castles. The living space was impeccably clean and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was superb with plenty of choices. We recommend it 100 % because the hosts are very warm and friendly.
