Luxury rooms with balcony

The location is good, but the responsiveness was lacking.

The accommodation in the old town of Zadar was spotless and quiet. I liked the contactless check‑in. The location was great, right at the start of the old town. The hotel was only about a 2‑minute walk away, and there were several paid parking lots nearby. Everything was within a reasonable distance.

“Clean and well-maintained room, but located at a completely different address than listed”

The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive when directing us to the property. Upon arrival, we were directed to a completely different address (Mihovila Pavlinovića) rather than the main property listing on Federica Grisogona. Instead of the advertised quiet garden view, our room was directly above two busy bars with a street view, so the actual accommodation was a bit misleading despite being decent overall. The pictures of the advertised property pretty much resemble the property I stayed in, except for the terrace

The location was great. It looks like they have renovated but the hanging electrical cables were a bit worrying. The room is minimal, everything feels crammed in. One part of the wardrobe is hard to access because of the bet table. The room is on the bottom floor so the balcony sees no sunlight. Instead you sit close to the ground of the inner garden that is dirty and not well taken care of. To sleep under we got a sheet. No blanket available. Receiving the information 30 min before check‑in is a bit late in order to be able to plan arrival. I usually receive such info 1‑2 h before. Upon asking the reply from the host was short and not so friendly. I did therefore not contact them anymore during our stay.

The place is beautiful, clean and the location is excellent. There was a slight problem with the wifi.
