“Horrible stay. I will NEVER recommend this place to my colleagues, friends or family.”
There wasn’t much to say positively. The room was dirty; plastic flowers hung above my bed, covered in dust, which made me sneeze and cough all night because I’m asthmatic. There were no shower caps, and the sheets had old stains—management should replace them. I ordered dinner via room service; after waiting over an hour, the food arrived with one side dish missing, and I paid an extra R50 for nothing. The staff were unfriendly, nonchalant, and seemed uninterested or forced to work, lacking communication skills.
