The accommodation was well equipped and comfortable, and it’s nicely located in the city centre. The owner was careless; despite confirmation, when we arrived we had no idea anyone had booked a room. He couldn’t hand over the key, claiming the half‑city had no power, while neighbouring houses clearly had no such issue. After two hours a cleaner appeared, and another half hour later we could enter.

In the heart of the city, the décor of Le Petit Balcon is lovely. The street is busy and noisy even at night, and the fridge barely worked.

A great place: clean, comfortable beds, very stylish. Contactless check‑in, and Maurizio sends all necessary info and a perfect explanatory video. The location is central, making it an excellent base for this unusual spot. I confess I didn’t explore Grammichele much due to our round‑trip schedule, but it should have been seen. We felt very comfortable. I can’t endorse other reviewers’ criticism; if you book on a street, don’t complain about passing cars. I found it relaxing, even with three cars passing by in the hour. The only thing I disliked was the 10:00 am check‑out, as we’re used to 10:30 or 11:00 am. I apologise for my oversight—already sent via WA—and Maurizio was still an exemplary, polite host. The people who cleaned the rooms were already there at 10:00 am.

Comfortable one‑night stay; location good relative to the centre. A nice square in the city centre, though despite the liveliness the evening still falls short on restaurants and bars.

The apartment’s location is excellent, just steps from the city centre. The setup was perfect for our family: two separate rooms on different floors, each with a private bathroom and balcony. The upper‑floor room had a kitchenette with a fridge and a huge rooftop terrace. Check‑in was very convenient, and the owner was attentive and helpful with the key code. Leaving the car right in front of the house was a breeze—ideal for exploring various island towns.
