“No lo recomendaría”

The location and the receptionist girl were positives. The location is excellent and we want to highlight the friendliness of the receptionist, who was always very attentive. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the owner's treatment. On the second day, a member of our group who did not speak Spanish used the common area bathroom and was shouted at in a very harsh manner. From that point on, the treatment towards us changed completely. The rooms are very basic and have no windows to the outside; only a small opening over the door to a covered patio, so ventilation is practically nonexistent. Breakfast was also very scanty for the price of the accommodation. Additionally, although we were initially told we could leave our luggage and use the bathroom after check‑out, we were ultimately denied and insisted to leave the premises immediately. Oaxaca is a wonderful city and, for a similar or even lower price, there are many options with better facilities and, above all, with superior hospitality. It is a shame, because the excellent location of this accommodation is completely eclipsed by the experience lived.

“Une super adresse pour séjourner à Oaxaca”

The location of this posada is ideal. A feeling of recent opening. The rooms are large, clean and the bedding is very good. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The staff (day and night) are attentive, even the owner is friendly. I highly recommend. The lack of breakfast even though the common patio could accommodate it.
