The beds were comfy and the air was cold, but after almost 10 days I still haven't gotten my deposit back—it’s still pending. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the staff were unfriendly and not very helpful.

The service was of good quality, but there was nothing special.

The room was clean and smelled amazing, and there was nothing to complain about.
