The staff were super friendly and helpful, the spa facilities and treatments were excellent, the gym was great, and the little details made all the difference, but the only downside was that my room didn’t have a desk.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the cleanliness was exceptional, but there was no coffee pot or sweetener in the room.
