Everything was fine.

Check‑in was easy, the address is well‑located and apparently safe, and I received quick responses when I needed information. The room was very cramped and there was a lot of dust under the bed.

Good value for money. Clean and close to the airport.

“Só fomos pelo valor e localização mesmo.”

The location and price were good, but the place fell short on cleanliness and the bathroom smelled awful. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed that issue.

“Localização boa porém atendimento e qualidade do flat deixaram a desejar.”

The location was fine, yet the Lflats staff ignored my messages for hours and only replied at check‑in time, leaving me uncertain for a long period. The bathroom was in poor condition: the glass in the shower box was warped, leaking water outside, and the towels were old and stained.
