Lovely breakfast on the roof terrace, but the room was quite dark and the bathroom very basic.

We were thrilled with every detail at Poya villa – its spot, rooms, lush gardens, and the beachside pool. The villa’s design was charming, soothing, and relaxing. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. I’d recommend it to any traveler. It’s a unique spot right on Kabalana beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for making our Sri Lanka trip perfect.

The location and staff were great, and the garden was beautiful. The Wi‑Fi didn’t always work.

The beachside property offers a fantastic view, though it’s a small villa with only a few rooms. Breakfast is served outside on the beach. The beach itself is small and cozy, with only a handful of hotels nearby. The terrace view from our room wasn’t the best, but other rooms have a better beach view. The price felt too high compared to similar options.
