Flavia 21

The location is very convenient for our needs. The place is surrounded by greenery that gives a unique sense of serenity; it’s very well kept and clean, not to mention Flavia’s friendliness and willingness to make us feel at home. Absolutely recommended!! Thanks ❤️

“Tutto ottimo, Flavia ancora di più!”

A lovely, welcoming property, but the real highlight is Flavia! Forget about codes and invisible managers: Flavia is discreet yet present, serves fantastic breakfasts on the terrace, gives tips on places to visit, and even makes surprise cakes if she discovers someone is celebrating a birthday! Unique and competent. Everything else is fine, it feels a bit out of reach but in reality it’s easy to reach Atri and other cities.

“Eccellente ospitalità in una altrettanto eccellente struttura”

The property sits on a gentle hill in the municipality of Elice, in the Madonna degli Angeli subdivision, and is easily reachable from the main road. It presents itself as a lovely farmhouse, beautifully renovated by Flavia, the owner. Entry is via an electric gate that leads to a parking lot where it is very comfortable and especially safe to park your vehicles. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms equipped with everything needed, the cleaning is extremely meticulous, and the breakfast prepared by Flavia according to guests’ wishes was greatly appreciated. The quiet of the location allows a vacation to be conducted in the name of tranquility in a place where culture and sensitivity are felt. In all this, the real strength is Flavia’s exquisite hospitality and kindness, her care in allowing guests to have a peaceful and pleasant stay. A stay in the noble Abruzzese lands capable of regenerating the mind. All of this not only confirms the flattering judgments I saw expressed by other travelers, but also allows me to raise my rating. Nothing. The stay was optimal.
