The location is great, with a direct walk from the hotel to the thermal baths and a huge selection of pools and relaxation areas. Breakfast surprised us positively – a wide variety and everything tasted very good. The rooms were fresh, clean, and recently renovated. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the room; after reporting it at reception, they said we’d have to wait about 5 minutes. That was surprisingly slow for a hotel of this class. The restaurant near the baths also fell short – the menu was limited, and the salad and chicken didn’t seem very fresh.

“citili sme sa celkovo dobre. Páčilo sa nám tam”

The setting, the wellness area and the excellent food impressed us, but the “king‑size” bed we booked turned out to be two twin beds with soft mattresses, which was uncomfortable for us.

A wonderful place for relaxation. The breakfasts were royal. The only downside was that the elevator had a long wait time.
