“Un lugar genial para descansar y desconectarse.”

The facilities are very pleasant, a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature and water. The staff is friendly and attentive. The activities also seem great, but you need to be willing to participate to get the most out of them. The romantic dinner service isn’t worth the price; it doesn’t offer more than ordering at the restaurant, unless you want a private dinner in your room, which I don’t recommend.

“Muy relajante”

The relaxing facilities the hotel offers are fantastic; the Turkish bath, jacuzzi and natural pool are wonderful, and the staff are always coordinated and ready to help. The whole property feels comfortable, especially the communal “Water Temple,” which is beautiful. On the downside, most breakfast items were overly sweet, though they were still tasty.

“No repetiría”

They look after nature. The hotel sits in a forest and a river cuts through it; the natural area is very pretty. The room is ugly, had a water leak in the sink, no door in the bathroom, stained sheets, smells damp, not like the photos—so ugly. The price is too high for such a simple room.

“Beautiful property has cold plunge and steam room. Massage. A river runs through it.”

The staff was very accommodating and full of great energy. I can't think of anything else.
