The bathroom lighting/fan option was extremely loud, and we would have liked a second light option over the vanity.

The location was great and quiet, walkable to both Ogunquit and Perkins Cove, and we had hot coffee and hot water for tea daily; the updated bathroom and hot shower were great, it was extremely clean and functional for a family, but there was no continental breakfast, the room needed more aesthetic updates, the bathroom shower swing door design and the swing of the bathroom entrance door impeded mobility for elderly and young children, and the poor design in the small space was a drawback.

I’m from the south and people there are usually super friendly, so I expected more warmth; the check‑in staff were fine but could have been a bit friendlier.
