The rooms were clean, but other guests played loud music until the early hours, so we couldn’t sleep; the reception guy couldn’t reprimand them, which made it very unpleasant.

The bathroom door was broken and couldn’t close properly, nearly falling on my face when I tried to fix it. I had to shower in a neighboring room because my room had no hot water—imagine having to wake up early for work!
