The hotel sits in a nice spot surrounded by a park and the facilities are decent, but the staff weren't very friendly.
The location and the park were great, but for a 4‑star hotel it wasn't clean enough.
“Elégedettek voltunk”
The whole hotel and its rooms were nice, and next time we’d love a room with a terrace view. It wasn’t very warm.

Everything was superb: the accommodation conditions were excellent and the food was outstanding. The staff were truly exceptional—always smiling, attentive, welcoming, and ready to help at any moment, giving you a wonderful vibe and total comfort, constantly checking if everything was fine and if you needed anything else. The SPA area was very well equipped and clean, with a jacuzzi, two dry saunas, a steam sauna, and a cold water pool—extremely useful after a sauna session. Even though there was a wedding in the complex one day, it didn't disturb our comfort: we had dinner in the room and the order was delivered very quickly. I highly recommend it! There is nothing to criticize; everything was perfect.
“Relaxing room and garden”
I was thrilled with the room – the bathroom is spacious, and the walk‑in shower is exactly what I liked. Mosquito nets are essential here because of the surrounding greenery, and the mini‑bar in the room was a nice touch. The bed was excellent and comfortable. The garden is a highlight; it’s a lovely walk after dinner. Breakfast is the usual hotel buffet, and the staff are amazing and speak English.
