We brought an 8‑year‑old child, and at check‑out they added a daily fee of 100k. The room rate was also not the Booking price but their own rate. They claimed Booking only guarantees, not pays. Ridiculous! We had arranged a diving trip for 850k per person (certified), but at night they demanded 950, showing no contract spirit. The island people are very simple and the sea resources plentiful, but we won’t return to this hotel.

“Disappointing”

Nice swimming pool. Good (paid) transport / dolphin / snorkeling trip. It was very difficult to communicate with the reception. Simple questions like "how long does this tour take" or "can we buy only breakfast for our stay" were very difficult to answer for them and we could not really understand them. Power went off at night because they didnt buy enough credit. After this we tried to find staff to fix it, but there was no one to be found (it was not even late yet (~ 23.00). After checkout due to the power problem the rude owner started complaining to us having to pay commission, which ofcourse we do not accept. Poor cleaning in the corners bad (cobwebs) / dirty bathroom. A lot of noise (stuff falling on the roof(?)) at night

“Assez bien”

We stayed in a sea‑view room, which was great for watching the sunrise. The bathroom needs a refresh, and the room lacks some equipment.

“Pese a todo si no tenemos en cuenta el desayuno , nuestra estancia fue de lo más agradable .”

The views and the pool were the main highlights. The breakfast was weak—no milk, just Bimbo bread slices, chocolate and jam jars, and a tortilla. The coffee was powdered. Terrible breakfast.
