Carmelo Resort & Spa

“Se em média/baixa estação estava ruim, não quero imaginar na alta com o hotel cheio...uma pena, um estrutura excelen”

The chalet was spacious, with a comfortable bed and bedding, but the cleaning was lacking; the hotel looks impressive but the details are poorly maintained.

“Nice place. Bad location”

The hotel is a stunning property with very nice facilities and the staff is excellent. But unless you’re willing to spend time at the spa or visit one or two nearby wineries, there’s almost nothing to do in Carmelo—this small town feels blighted and reminds me of Hotel California. It’s such a beautiful place that you’ll never want to leave.

Everything was amazing—great place, good food, impeccable accommodations.

The duplex suite was extremely spacious and well laid out, and it looked very pretty; the bed and pillows were also very good. However, because the building is old, there were several maintenance issues. We ran into a problem with the shower and had to call maintenance, who arrived promptly and fixed it. Still, you can’t use the shower and bathtub at the same time, and if you use one, you can only use the other 40/50 minutes later.
