The staff were friendly, which made the experience pleasant.

The bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful, but the towels felt scratchy, there was no mirror near the electric plugs for the hairdryer, and the outside lighting shone directly into the room.

Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of cereal choices if you prefer something quick, and the staff were friendly. However, there were no signs or pictures to guide you to the correct gate when you first entered.
