The hotel sits 15 minutes on foot from the train station and you can easily walk to the main attraction, Piazza Magiore, and other sights. There are plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby, the staff were friendly, and you could leave luggage at the free locker; the room was spacious.

The location was great, but the elevator was broken; the welcome was very friendly and the in‑house exhibition was interesting. A small breakfast in the hotel would have been nice.

The location and the staff were fine, but the shower door didn’t close properly and there was a urine smell in the room, only on the second day.

The central location makes all sights reachable on foot, and there are endless shopping options, bars, restaurants, and other infrastructure—all available. The room lacks a TV, a kettle, and only has a mini‑fridge; otherwise it has a bit of the vibe of a converted hospital room.

There is a terrace with a hot/cold drink machine next to it, but there is no kettle in the room.
