“Wish it was a better experience.”

On June 27th the front‑desk lady was friendly, professional and helpful, yet they tried to add an extra $302 and $100 to my bill, I spotted a baby roach in the bathroom, and the sink was clogged because someone had dumped food down the drain.

“Poor housekeeping”

The location was spot‑on—no need to drive for food or shops—yet the staff never cleaned my room or brought towels when I asked; I saw the housekeeper in the hallway at 3 pm the next day, asked if the room would be cleaned, she said “she coming, she coming,” but she never did, so I had to go to the front office around 6 pm for trash bags and towels; also the refrigerator didn’t cool properly.

“Decepcionante”
