The location is great and the staff are friendly. No specific issues.

The owner noticed I was struggling with the stairs at check‑in and, without me even asking, moved us to a lovely ground‑floor room – something you rarely see. Our granddaughter loved her own upstairs room, and the food was worth the trip, with locals from Mayrhofen and guests from nearby hotels all stopping by the restaurant.
This rustic hotel feels surprisingly comfortable, with a huge room and a beautiful terrace just steps from the centre. Breakfast was excellent and the kitchen served high‑quality dishes. The staff were genuinely welcoming, and the owner took the time to chat with us, which made the stay even nicer. We’ll definitely be back.

The room was spotless and ideal for unwinding, and the WaldCafé breakfast was both plentiful and tasty. The staff, especially the young Hungarian couple Adrienne and András, were warmer and more helpful than we expected, taking care of every little request. We gave it a perfect 10 because it really couldn’t get any better.
