The room was a nightmare – slugs were crawling around and we got bitten by fleas. They handed us fresh sheets and towels but still wouldn’t let us stay, and the listing promised a TV that was missing, plus there was no running water. On top of that, the manager treated the staff with a sarcastic, sharp attitude; I only stayed because it was late.
