I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and while the facilities were clean and well-maintained, I was left frustrated by the hotel's operational style. They seemed to expect guests to handle everything themselves, from requesting a guest invoice to changing my checkout date. Despite sending multiple messages and even contacting the hotel directly, I was met with silence and had to resolve these issues on my own.

My room was clean and standard, which was a relief after a long journey. However, the check-in staff seemed a bit disinterested in attending to our needs, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite this, the cleanliness of the room was a definite plus, and I appreciated the effort the hotel put into keeping it tidy.

My wife and I were shocked and insulted by the hotel's response to her menstrual cycle. Despite it being a natural part of life, the hotel seemed to view it as an inconvenience, taking away or charging her for amenities. This not only felt unjust but also like an affront to women's rights. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the attitude of one staff member, Stuart, who seemed to embody this dismissive and sexist attitude.

My stay at this hotel was marred by a sense of not being welcomed as a guest. Despite paying a premium price, I was often asked to pay for things upfront, which was inconvenient and embarrassing, especially when I was assured that I could settle my entire bill at the end. The staff at the reception were lovely, but they seemed powerless to address my concerns, and I was repeatedly assured that I would receive a response from a manager, only to be met with silence.
