The heated blanket and staff behaviour were satisfactory, but there was no timely heated water or geyser available. On the last day they refused to provide warm water and said they would only give it in a bucket, so we did not get any warm water at checkout. The room was not heated; when we asked, they gave us a gas‑powered heater for a while but later took it to another room.
