The balcony with a view of Śnieżka was fantastic. The kettle was in the room, and there was a microwave and fridge in the corridor. Very good, and the price was very reasonable.

The staff were always friendly and tried to resolve every issue promptly. Breakfast was fine. The refrigerators on each floor were good, and every room had a kettle. There were seating areas in front of the hotel where you could sit nicely in the evenings. Unfortunately, the COVID‑19 pandemic probably didn’t help this hotel. It’s aging, and you can see it in the rooms, the balcony, and the overall equipment. The mattresses were sagging, the balcony furniture was wobbly and mismatched, and the railing was loose. It’s clearly a 2‑star hotel, but it would be nice if at least the mattresses were replaced. There’s also no front desk on site. It would be nice if a bit of money were put into the hands and the hotel renovated.

“10/10 dla Pani Ludmiły! ❤️”

Huge thanks to Mrs. Ludmiła – she’s truly wonderful and very warm. She greeted us, showed everything in detail, explained everything, helped us with everything, and was always available whenever we had questions. She’s the biggest plus of this spot! The building is old, but the room was very clean, so we felt comfortable. And the balcony view… simply amazing! A stunning view that makes a huge impression.

The place is well located and offers free parking, but the rooms are cold, the outside temperature at night is 5 °C, and the windows are so leaky that wind blows inside, making it a real discomfort when you need to go to the bathroom or change clothes.
