“Worst hotel.”

The staff were very friendly, but our room was filthy and we couldn’t be moved because the hotel was fully occupied. I was extremely disappointed; I’ve never stayed in such a dirty hotel. The only bright spot was the semi‑okay breakfast. The pool was green, so we couldn’t swim. Food was left in our fridge, the bathtub had nasty grime, and I didn’t even want to step inside. Honestly, I deserved a refund or a free replacement stay because of the disgusting condition.

The overall atmosphere felt welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing, and the check‑in staff guided me through everything. I had no major complaints, so everything was good overall.

“It worked!”

The room was spacious and the staff tried their best. Prices were inflated in anticipation of a full house, which never happened. At check‑in, walk‑ins were charged half the price we had booked. Room keys were outdated, so we had to keep returning to the front desk to reprogram them—an absolute nuisance that interrupted an otherwise positive experience.
