The décor was stunning and the welcome very warm, the rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good, and the hotel is a short walk from the port; the only drawback was the absence of a fridge.

Sehr sehr gute Lage, der Hafen inkl. Partymeile ist wenige Hundert Meter entfernt, dennoch liegt das Hotel sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Die Unterkunft wird von einer sehr netten Familie geführt, man fühlt sich wie ein weiteres Familienmitglied. Erstklassiges Frühstück, das eher einem 4*-Hotel gleicht. Überhaupt: die 2 Sterne rühren aus meiner Sicht lediglich daher, dass am schönen Pool nur Snacks bestellt werden können und die Rezeption an 22:00 Uhr für die Allgemeinheit schließt. Nichts, es war alles wunderbar !

The atmosphere was friendly and the staff helpful, with several beautiful beaches within walking distance and a wide range of excellent restaurants; the garden with a pool and terrace was wonderful, the room equipment matched the description, parking on the street was hassle‑free, and the breakfasts were good, including a vegetarian option and excellent coffee, but towels weren’t changed for 7 days, which is unhygienic for frequent showers.

A perfect family hotel in an excellent location near the harbour and the beach promenade, all attractions in Cala Ratjada are within walking distance; the pool is nice, the service is super friendly and competent, the rooms are modern and clean, and we’ll return; there were no negatives.

I spent five nights at Mamboo Hotel Cala Ratjada, and despite a late check‑in around 22:00 I was greeted warmly; the room and breakfast were superb, and nothing was missing; the hotel’s central location was very convenient, yet the noise level was acceptable, so I could see myself staying again; the only issue was that my room had no fridge, but that was tolerable.
