The service was terrible, they didn’t honor our reservation and sent us to Hotel Paris, which was truly degrading. The service was awful.

The only downside is that it’s very close to the cathedral, which feels a bit cramped, dirty, and smells damp; the staff didn’t pay much attention.

Nothing good. The room was in bad condition, extremely dirty, with cockroaches everywhere, an oxidized shower, dirty walls, hair everywhere, and dusty furniture.
