The owner runs the place and is very friendly and attentive; the rooms are nicely renovated and modern, and the breakfast buffet is excellent, though the coffee in the pot seems to be expired.

The breakfast was really good, but the location is bad because the hotel sits on a heavily trafficked through‑street. The friendliness of the hoteliers could use improvement.

The suite with sauna offered peace and relaxation; it was very restorative and the staff were friendly. Nearby there’s a great restaurant, and the Schlauchsee is close enough to rent bikes and boats, go boating or walk along the scenic path – we were thrilled. Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, the room and bathroom were very clean and newly renovated, and the staff were pleasant with a personal welcome and farewell.

The hosts were nice, the new room was great, the bathroom and furniture were brand‑new, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.
