“Good and affordable”

The hot water was phenomenal, and the water pressure was good; there was plenty of light in the room. However, the toilet seat would shift when sitting, and the curtains didn’t block the sun well for the person closest to the window.

The price was decent, but the AC wasn’t working, which I partly blamed on Texas heat even though I live in a more humid area with similar heat levels. The shower vent was falling off the ceiling, the light flickered, water pressure was nonexistent, and the shower head and faucet were loose. I told the staff about the AC, they replaced the unit’s pad while we were out and gave no warning of entry. The biggest issue was a man answering the front counter with only a towel on his head when my 16‑year‑old daughter asked for toilet paper—definitely not acceptable.

“Super”

The staff were super nice and the facility was clean, but the breakfast was bland and the juice was terrible.

The room was comfy and the staff were very nice, but the floors and carpets were dirty, the fridge didn’t work, and the shower pressure was so low it took forever to get clean.

“Loved the oversized room 🥰🥰🥰🥰”

Breakfast was disappointing: the orange and apple juice machine was broken, biscuits wouldn’t open and just crumbled.
