We booked a Standard room for 420 000 CZK, but the receptionist started demanding 500 000 CZK on arrival; when I showed her the confirmation, she refunded only 20 000 CZK and called the upgrade a “VIP room”. The so‑called VIP room had no fridge, no drinking water, no hot water at all, and even lacked a wardrobe, forcing us to hang our things on a balcony that was raining.

The room is relatively new and tidy. It would help if the garbage were cleared every day.
