Breakfast and the pool were great, but the pricing was too high—especially when an event was happening, they charged triple the normal rate, which was outrageous.

I love how close the shops are, and the wineries are not far without a lot of traffic; however, renovations made getting upstairs a real hassle, and the pool area was outdated and a bit small for the crowd that day.

The hotel was clean and modern, the breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was that the mobility‑accessible bathroom didn’t have a shower seat.

“Poor Internet, poor breakfest. Dissapointing”

I did not like it. The room was OK, but the unreliable internet and terrible breakfast made this a disappointing stay. The internet connection was so poor that I could not take part in an important conference call. When I raised the issue, I was told that the connection was “fluctuating” and that they were working on it. Hotel should recognize that reliable internet is an essential service, especially for business travellers. It is a must-have, not a nice-to-have. They should have it fixed. Breakfast was poor. An acceptable room alone is not enough to make up for these shortcomings
