The location was great, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bed and duvet were very comfortable, but the pillows felt shockingly thin.

Besides a doormat, there were only two small towels for two people; no hand towel and no larger bath towel were provided, which was unfortunately far below standard. Apart from a single chair, there was no phone and the décor was plain.

The location was sensational, close to the U-Bahn and central, with large rooms and a balcony.
