“Perfect stay for a good rest.”

We booked a Standard Twin Room with two double beds, and the space was generous. The shower was huge and I loved that checkout was at 11 am. I was disappointed that there were no fridges and that I couldn’t order from the restaurant for take‑away.

“Kitchen staff in need of Customer Service Training and more staff needed at the restaurant”

The rooms were nice and clean, but the dining staff were terrible. We waited an hour for dinner, most menu items were unavailable, and a dirty glass was on our table with no napkins or wipes. My order was wrong, I was given the wrong cutlery, and I had to eat with my hands; the food was dripping and soggy, ruining the experience. On my birthday, hair was found in my dish and my guest’s meal, and the waiter offered no apology or acknowledgement. Breakfast was also late on both days—scheduled for 06:30 am but the restaurant opened at 07:00 am—so we had to leave before it opened. On the last day I had to rush for a muffin just to have something in my stomach.

The reception and overall service were excellent; the staff were well trained and respectful. The rooms and pool were very clean and welcoming.
