The only thing offered was breakfast. The staff were rude. There was no toothpaste or other toiletries in the room, no smoking area inside the hotel, and the soundproofing was poor.

It’s close to Al‑Arab Street. The buffet was very disappointing and didn’t live up to the hotel’s standards.

The supervisor was honest and respectful; without her I couldn’t resolve my issues. She stayed with me until everything was settled. The problem was that, as we had agreed before booking, I had chosen specific room types. I had kids, so I kept checking with them to confirm my request. When I arrived, everything was different, and even the iron was missing. The room condition mentioned in the listing was not what I got. When I asked the reception, they said I’d have to pay for it. I told them, “Why hide everything in the booking?” My advice is to be careful when selecting a hotel and don’t assume missing items are acceptable; it’s your right to know.

“Nice but only for a short stay”

The location was great, close enough to the main entertainment and shopping areas that you could walk there. The pool looked very nice but was small. I was on the third floor (actually two levels above ground) and could hear traffic early in the morning and at night. I requested a late check‑out of only two hours because my flight was in the evening; they agreed but charged an extra fee that felt a bit high. Breakfast wasn’t much, but when I asked for an omelet they made a plain one for me.
