מקום שקט. אנשים מאוד נחמדים. אוכל טוב. נקיון רע בחדרים ובחוץ. מלא זבל בחצר הבית. מקלחת לא טובה. אין מתלים בחדר. תאורה לא טובה. קטנועים ישנים ולא טובים

The place is exceptionally large for the price and its location is great.
