“Generally comfortable stay with warm hospitality”

The hotel sits in a convenient spot close to amenities and restaurants, the owner was warm and welcoming and arranged early check‑in for me, toiletries were adequate and the bed was comfortable, and the lake view from the room was lovely. Because it’s in a busy area, expect some noise, and there was a brief smoke/drainage smell that disappeared once the toilet ventilation was turned on.

“Excellent hotel”

The hospitality was great, breakfast was excellent with many options, the location is in the city center, the room view is nice, and the owner helped book a chartered driver; when we returned from a day tour, the hotel provided a set of fruit that made our day. There wasn’t much to complain about, maybe the lack of a fridge and some humidity in the room, but overall we were very satisfied with the service.

The experience was exceptional; the hospitality was outstanding, every staff member was professional, kind, and genuinely caring, making me feel like part of a family from the moment I arrived. The service exceeded all expectations, and their warmth and generosity truly reflected the kind‑hearted nature of the Vietnamese people.
