The rooms were fine. The washrooms were terrible, lacking a proper drainage system.

The room itself was a decent size, but unfortunately, the water leakage in the WC was a constant issue. I had to get the bed sheets and pillow covers changed because they were dirty. It's a shame, because with some basic maintenance, this place could be a lot better.

The hotel's location was great, and the breakfast was a highlight – they had a good selection of food. However, the service was a letdown. It seemed like the staff were struggling to keep up with the demands of the guests.

I was really impressed by the customer service at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.
