“Great hotel with a great staff!”
We really liked the hotel’s central spot near all the shopping districts and the wide selection of restaurants. The front desk team was outstanding—Cristina, Euneka, and Siong went above and beyond to accommodate our last‑minute schedule changes. The housekeeping crew earned a shout‑out for doing a fantastic job during our 10‑day stay. Overall, it was a great experience and probably the best Marriott we’ve stayed at in the Pacific Northwest.

Convenient location for airport, clean bathroom and bed/ room. Sofa bed not prepared despite booking for 4 people, only one pillow for the sofa bed, only three sets of towels for 4 people. Breakfast choice was very limited, no coffee machine at breakfast. The paid car park had two truck cars with people obviously not booked into hotel despite no trespassing signs being displayed throughout. No shampoo nor shower gel/wash available

The staff were great, but the cleanliness left something to be desired. The mattresses need an upgrade, and the televisions are outdated. The facility used to be lovely, but it clearly needs modernisation.
