“Very beautiful surrounding”

The house and its surroundings are very good and fabulous. The only downside is daily power shortages—no electricity means no AC and no internet, and the local SIM coverage is very poor. That’s understandable given the remote location and the difficulty of getting fuel for the generator, but electricity is the sole negative. Everything else was super.

The location and facilities are amazing, with beautiful views and a well‑equipped kitchen. Most of the beach is private, except for a few people walking by. The staff were kind, even looking after a few stray dogs on the property. Getting to the place by car is tough, though it’s only a 35‑minute walk through the jungle to reach the airport. Internet was spotty the first day but fixed the next day.

“Great place, great view, great private beach!”

The location was wonderful. Laurindo handled the transfers—since a rental car can’t reach the spot—and even took us to town for dinner one night for a fee, with no charge for the airport shuttle. He also drove us to a supermarket before heading to the Ocean View, because you need groceries. He kindly arranged two boat trips to Goat Island. We were lucky to have the entire Guesthouse, including the kitchen, to ourselves. We enjoyed our stay—thanks, Laurindo! I wish there were a normal road connecting the property to the outside world. There was no hot water, which made showers a bit uncomfortable.

The location is excellent, right on the ocean. When issues arose, Manager Herr Santos was ready to resolve them quickly, and through him you could organize excursions such as boat trips. The approach to the accommodation was in very bad condition: the whole path was unpaved, muddy, with deep, water‑filled ruts. A 4×4 vehicle is essential to make the trip.

The view, the beach, the staff. The access track, which was very irregular and muddy. It definitely needs to be repaired and paved at least with stones
