“John was pleasant enough, but wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay”
The location was decent and John recommended the meals. However, they controlled the heating, so it was very chilly in our room and our towels didn’t dry from one day to the next. When we asked, they said it was preset on a timer. They entered our room while we were gone, didn’t tidy or empty the garbage, and opened the bathroom window without the heat on. They also entered while my husband was napping in the afternoon.
