The hotel’s location is excellent, just a few meters from Istiklal Street. Our apartment was on the 6th floor with a terrace, though it could use some minor repairs or renovation because some furnishings were worn. The cleanliness level and especially the staff’s friendliness make up for it. Porter Gurkan is a wonderful person who helped us with our luggage; he was extremely helpful and courteous, truly a gem of this hotel. The reception staff were also very friendly and approachable.

The location is amazing, the rooms are very spacious, and the staff are nice. No guests.

The spot is great, but getting to our room was a hassle because the lift didn’t reach it, so we had to climb stairs and exit one building only to enter another, dragging our suitcases—totally impractical.
