A clean mobile home in a good spot for our weekend at Puy du fou, but the campsite’s restaurant was really not to our taste, expensive, and honestly I wouldn’t call it a restaurant.

We liked the pool, the slide, the evening activities, and the very friendly reception staff, but the mobile home wasn’t clean enough—dirty dishes, an un‑broomed terrace, a bin that wasn’t emptied—and the campsite itself suffered from a lack of general upkeep and some aging equipment.

The surroundings were nice, but parking our car was a hassle at the entrance.
