“Fine for location but if looking for friendlier service and cleaner amenities would stay elsewhere”
The location was good, and the free bikes were handy for getting downtown and visiting tourist spots like the seashore park. The hotel was dark, some lights in my room were broken, and some staff were rude and unfriendly. They had very limited foreign‑language skills, even for simple names of local attractions. The American breakfast offered was just bread and spread. The main toilet facilities in the lobby were left in a disgusting condition. No one could tell me where to book a ferry to Green Island. A friend who visited was yelled at by a staff member for no reason, and the hotel was very noisy at night.
