The staff were low‑key and nice, but parking was an issue.

The room was clean, had a kettle, a lift, and a bathtub. I was disappointed that there was no hair dryer, the kettle was small, and the TV was tiny and far from the bed. The water wasn’t hot, so I had to keep adding boiling water from the kettle to the tub like in the PRL era just to get a decent bath.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the food was delicious 😊 I highly recommend it 😊
