The food was bad and expensive, and I was surprised to find that breakfast was free.

The most gracious and courteous young man checked me in as well as out. Very impressive. A future leader

Absolutely nothing; the staff is rude and unhelpful, my reservation was cancelled because the hotel overbooked. They rebooked me elsewhere at an inferior hotel 25 miles from the rest of my party staying at this hotel, and I had no transportation since the other 4 people I drove with were not rebooked. They also gave away the room another in my party had booked, so two people had to sleep on the floor.
